FIRST FRIDAYS
Art Round Tennessee's First Fridays are pop-up art shows on the first Friday of each month, five months out of the year. Artists exhibit and sell their work in rotating locations throughout Cookeville, and live musicians are often featured.
2025 FIRST FRIDAYS:
MAY 2: Spring Street & Walnut Ave. "Arts District"
JUNE 6: Meg's Bread & West Side Grocery
AUGUST 1: Cookeville Performing Arts Center
SEPTEMBER 5: Broad St. & Cedar Ave. - West Side
OCTOBER 3: Tennessee Tech University
ARTIST INFORMATION TO EXHIBIT:
Deadline to Apply: March 31, 2025
Artist Eligibility: Artists must be Art Round Tennessee members to exhibit. Artists may exhibit in one of the five First Friday events.
Artwork Eligibility: All artwork must be original to the artist. First Fridays are meant to highlight the fine art and craft produced in our region. Vendors selling items such as food products, soap, candles, non-art items, and/or non-handmade items may not be accepted. Buy/sell vendors and goods are strictly prohibited. We hope to have space for all eligible artists who apply, but in the event that we do not have enough space to accommodate everyone, applications will be reviewed based on overall quality, originality, and craftsmanship.
Fees: There is no application fee or booth fee for this event. ART's annual membership fee is $25.
