Her family loves living on the ridge of the plateau where her art studio sits. Inspired by the sunset where everything in the sheep field seemed to be glowing gold. Her "Golden Hour" series of acrylic paintings on gold leaf have been thoroughly enjoyed and have won 1st place ribbon at the fair. After 20yrs working with animals she now offers pet portrait paintings in a loose, bold brushstroke that brings out the pet's personality.
