Faye Watts

I began painting in 1966 while studying art in Tokyo, Japan, and later received an MFA degree from the University of Georgia in 1975. I taught art for 31 years at Cookeville High School while also teaching as an adjunct at Cumberland University, Tennessee Tech and Nashville State College. I love art, gardening, cooking and people.With over 40 years of teaching art in Tennessee on the college and high school levels, she now enjoys gardening and painting full time in her retirement from art education.
