Adele Seitzinger
Threadz
Fiber artist and art teacher Adele Seitzinger lives with her husband near Fall Creek Falls State Park. Working from her home studio, she produces hand-dyed silk scarves, shawls, neckties, and decorative items. Adele loves working with color and draws inspiration from what she sees in God’s beautiful creation in the rural setting in which she lives. She has participated in ART Prowls since the very first tour, missing only a few, and enjoys seeing the friends she has made while doing the tour each year.
Along with fiber arts, Adele enjoys teaching art classes to artists of all ages. She teaches two ongoing art classes weekly, one for grades 1-8 and one for grades 9-Adult, at the Cookeville Art Studio and Gallery. Her work can be seen there in their twice-yearly membership shows.
Adele’s work can be seen locally at the Silver Fern Gallery & Hand-Crafted Wellness and online in Facebook groups’ art auctions weekly. To stay up to date re: the online auctions/shows Adele will be in, please “like” her on Facebook.
